"Room needs some care. Soap dispenser broke, shower head broke, wifi did not work, aircon did not work"

"Great hotel near airport… exceptionally clean. Breakfast great. Lots building work around .. lots going on with noise although not heard in room… staff fantastic..not enough places in room to put clothes so left most in case.. lovely bathroom nice toiletries. "

"The staff are all wonderful: welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The facilities at the hotel are great, including the pool area, which is quiet and relaxed with plenty of loungers. The hotel has easy transport links and has great views of the bay. Definitely recommended!"

"Rueben and Joanna were great. I had been travelling and got to the hotel quite early. They accommodated my request for early check in and were so helpful. Beautiful hotel, and amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend. "

"Our room type was advertised with a balcony, our room just had a window with a wall directly in front with a piece of artificial grass covered in cigarette ends. The room had two single wobbly beds with hard, thin mattresses. The wooden headboards weren’t fixed to the wall, just wobbling about with the beds. The room cooling system did not work, only giving heat on the cool setting. The room was uncomfortably warm and the window couldn’t be opened due to mosquitos at the window. The breakfast was good, after very little sleep."
