"We only stayed for one night before our flight out of Denver, but I would absolutely stay here again. "We checked in for one night mid week. There wasn't many people staying at this big hotel. We asked to not be facing the main highway or the rail line. "This hotel is the” basic economy Hilton”. No frills. No coffee in room, towels not as thick, no microwave. They did have a shuttle to the airport which we needed. The gal at reception did recognize that I was a Hilton Gold member and gave us 2 waters and 2 bags of Pop chips."

"It took over 45 minutes to be checked in with only two parties ahead of me. This was NOT the fault of the desk staff. Their computer system was down and there was not a contingency plan in place. The desk agent was professional and friendly while trying to help us without the most basic of tools required for her job.
