"An excellent centrally located hotel with modern amenities and the Italian charm of its polished staff. Standard rooms can be smallish so try to go for a suite or at least rooms overlooking the piazza below and facing the Duomo. Galleria, Duomo and metro are a short & safe 5-15min walk. The little Carrefour grocery store next door has everything you forgot. Coffee service, TV, amenities all top notch. The reception staff were super friendly, especially Alfredo and Krystina who helped us with every request."

The room was spacious, modern and clean, check in and out simple and quick with attentive staff. Breakfast had all the choices and was very nice, a pleasant stay and we would return. "

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

"It is really not a 5 start hotel , rather 3 star . Very small rooms , single sinks for double occupancy . Breakfast note very good and pricey . Staff were very good"

"The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired."
