"Es la segunda vez que vuelvo, todo estupendo, habitación muy limpia, personal excelente a la hora de la entrada, (me facilitó la entrada cuando ya estaba cerrada recepción) en general todo muy bien como siempre y calidad precio genial. Lo único que no me ha gustado es con respecto al servicio de lavadora al lado de recepción, pues había mucha suciedad en la parte de fuera del bombo de la lavadora, no lo pude utilizar, la verdad que todo este genial y ésto no le de la calidad de un servicio."

"No hand soap, kettle or teabags provided. Door not closing onto balcony without banging it. Balcony looking on to noisy building works which wasn’t worth the extra money paid, as the balcony was unusable. No mugs, sugar or milk provided. No robes or slippers. Room was ok but overall disappointing for a 4 star. No USB points. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning."

"Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy walking to pretty much everything. The room was good, bed was comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the river was well appreciated. (Only critique is that the bathroom is ready for a renovation.) The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent- most hotel breakfasts are about the same, but this was super tasty, with a lot of variety."

"I had a nice stay at Cervol. My room was spacious. The only thing that would have made the stay painless was the parking. The hotel had advertised that they had parking, and so I was counting on it. Unfortunately the parking lot was full when I checked in, and I had to scramble at night to find parking. The night staff was helpful though, and told me clearly where to find free parking for the night (I did end up eventually finding a spot, but it did take me half an hour). Also the breakfast in the hotel was great, and while I hadn’t pre-purchased it, was fairly affordable at 12 €. I would recommend the hotel, with the caveat of the parking."
