"Staff were awesome"

"Excellent service with my senior parents, great communication, i asked many questions and i got quick answers, i was worried about the sleepovers pods, about their privacy, it was very secured, private, with their own card key , I really appreciate it, they felt very confortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my parents. They stayed because they arrived to the airport at 6am and their check in the hotel was at 2pm. They were able to recharge after their long delayed flight....

"Bed was great and room was clean. thermostat was difficult to figure out unfortunately. Staff was fantastic in all departments we dealt with. Amenities were well taken care of just not great hours of availability. Pool closes at 5pm?? (Understandably early due to it being on the roof) but feel it could be pushed an extra hour or two to allow more usage. Jacuzzi/sauna only available 11-4 and has to be booked at front desk prior with maximum 30min to use. (Times were booked up but when we...

"Dennis waited and picked me up from the airport. He suggested nearby places to eat at late hour. The accommadations are clean and inviting. Everything is in its right place. I recommend if you want to stay close to the airport. "

"What a wonderful experience! The location is perfect for a “foodie”. Constant police presence and street cameras (one of the safest district). Rooms are serviced daily (new towels, soap, TP). Take advantage of their taxi transportation from airport to hostel or vice versa (18usd). Highly Recommended. My go to when traveling to Lima. 30 minute Taxi ride to Miraflores/Barranco (tourist destination). "
