"Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt! So das ich erneut mit Expedia chatten...

"Lovely, quiet stay, good breakfast and breathtaking view! Just a heads-up, there’s no ramp at the entrance, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A/C wasn’t available during our stay either. The weather was nice for keeping the windows open, but with allergy season, it’s kind of a trade-off: either close the window and deal with the heat, or open it and deal with allergies."

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, elegant. Balcony was wonderful for a cup of tea or glass of wine. Staff were amazing - helpful, accommodating and so pleasant. Breakfast was a lovely experience (they easily accommodated my gluten free request). 5-10 min walk into town (uphill on the way back). Easy to access everything you need in Como. Would definitely stay there again. Possibly the only downside is that if you’re not a confident driver you won’t enjoy the parking...

"Struttura molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio; la camera era un vero e proprio appartamento con ampi spazi, eccellente la pulizia. Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. "It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day."
