"Bello, pulito ed elegante"

"It was a great location for us as it was a short walk to the Caserta Reggia Palace. We had a wonderful day walking through the Palace. We then caught a bus to the top of the gardens and walked back down. Unfortunately the statues around the fountains were under renovation but it was still a good view."

"Clean and comfortable. Very nice accommodations. Checking in late was not straight forward but Praise God one of the residents knew who to call to get us connected with checking in. Caserta is a very nice town and the people were very friendly. For after hours check in go to Tropicana Cafe on the right. They have the key. Breakfast is bread and cafe, no protein is offered."

Bagno...

"Perfectly located next to the castle. Large and clean room. Breakfast included at local cafe/bar of good quality."

"Camera con tutti i confort, accogliente e pulita. Posizione eccellente. Il titolare Pasquale gentilissimo e pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente!!!Grazie di tutto."

"I was beyond impressed with the home! An amazing location, wonderful hosts, and the house was very clean and very large compared to most homes in Italy! I would definitely return"

"Ottimo solo al 3 piano. Stanza ok"

"Very clean and tidy and easy to get to from the station. Central to the cafes and bars and next door basically to the palace"

"L'appartamento era pulito e c'era tutto il necessario. Abbiamo dormito bene e siamo contenti."

"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."

"Poor signage on street, hard to find hotel . As usual Expedia shows one room and what we are given is not the same level. This room was dark and looked out to a paint worn patio wall, depressing.Went to the front desk to change . The staff was dismissive.Told us to wait for the night manager. He arrived...rude ...huffed and puffed ...showed us another ( downgraded) room , more of a cell vibe. We went back to front desk. I THOUGHT he was looking for another room . My husband and I sat in the...

"My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Plana and had a fantastic experience. We were visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having on-site parking also gave us great peace of mind. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although we arrived a little earlier than expected, they kindly accommodated us and made sure we could check in right away. Our room was spacious and Housekeeping did...

"Placed a hold on my credit card and 2 weeks later the hold still has not been removed. Dated decor too. Felt like the hotel should be placed in a 3 star range"
