"This is a wonderful place; we stayed in this brand new property. Public transportation is just steps away, both the metro and Tiburtina station are within walking distance. The bus stop is also just steps away, and the 62 bus takes you all over Rome. Excellent!"
"The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. "

The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed.
A kitchenette and communal breakfast area is well set up with a selection of foods and beverages. A convenient fridge freezer combo for perishable foods. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
"Isabel guest house was clean, organized, accessible, close to metro, bus stops, and close to touristic sites in Rome if you want to walk. I liked that each room has its own bathroom, and that the kitchen is shared so you can make coffee or a snack if you want. The staff is so nice and it was the exact stay that we needed. "It was a last minute reservations and an absolute relief to stay there. Very pleasant and helpful staff, quiet, spacious comfortable room for the two of us. Perfect rooftop breakfast included. Easy walking to Trevi fountain and Colosseum areas among other sites. Staff pointed us to several very great restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Easy to catch an early morning flight to FCO and they even packed us a breakfast to go. When in Rome we will stay there again! "
"We loved the location! Could walk almost everywhere and ate at 2 amazing restaurants around the corner from the hotel, one of them having great gluten free options for me! Loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Very quiet even though in a busy area. Great breakfast options, with great selection including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit juices and fruit ,different coffee options! They have vending machines for snacks and wine! Could buy tokens to do laundry. Loved staying at IQ Roma and would highly recommend!"
"A very nice hotel with an unbeatable location. It is a 5-minute walk away from Termini’s east entrance with smooth surfaces all the way, which is extremely convenient for your luggage’s wheels (if you’ve been to other italian hotels, you know cobblestone streets can be awfully rough). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, AC works well, elevators are fine and staff is friendly. Breakfast is available from 6:30-10:30 and loaded with options. They also do late check-in, especially if you call in advance! I arrived at 2 am because of a missed connecting flight and they had everything prepared for a hiccupless check-in. An excellent experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and book again!"
