"This was a great experience right from the start. We pulled down the small street, up close to the door, and immediately Thomas greeted us. The valet driver appeared, and off went our car to a safe location. We sat at the desk to check in, were offered a beverage, and our luggage was whisked off to our room. "Beautiful hotel the staff excellent, free coffee machine in the lounge, spotlessly clean, good quality bathroom products perfect location to get from the airport bus, plenty of shops nearby, the train station was a short walk of 25 minutes on mostly flat streets . The only down side to me was having a room located near the stairwell it was very noisy when guests came in due to the tiled flooring and a window facing towards the stairwell"

"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...
