"We arrived late in the evening around 10:30-11pm and the staff directed us to our room. When we got to the room we turned on the lights and were horrified to see bodily fluids on the window coverings and the walls. The carpets were torn and lifting from the floor. The room smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. We did not stay there after experiencing that - immediately leaving and requesting a refund which they ultimately did not give us. Do not stay here. It is a health and...

"At first glance, the property was very clean and very well maintained.
Loved the decor of the hotel. The plants were beautiful, especially those by the elevators.
The front desk and the entire staff were very professional, helpful and just plain great.
Breakfast was very good. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. A nice assortment of breads, juices and fruit.
My only complaint is that the coffee was very, very weak. So I drank tea and got coffee from...

"We went there with 2 small children and the place smells like marijuana and smoke.
Pool heater is broken and water fill up machine gave out yellow water with stuff in it.
The room itself smelt moldy and mildewy and bugs were at the back of the bed frame.
We asked for a refund and the front desk associate said we had to contact Expedia and now Expedia is saying the manager won’t authorize our refund.
The front desk person was kind and empathetic, would not recommend this place to people with...
