"The place looks sketchy on the outside and the interior could use some work. Also towels/soap/etc should be somewhat provided or at least try to have a couple just in case to accommodate people that dont have those items readily available. Staff was amazing Ahmed helped me get situated when no one else was answering so I really appreciate him helping me get set up cuz it was kinda confusing getting in the rooms/home."

I found some members of staff not helpful or friendly, perhaps no courses in Hotel management as one might think, it’s a hotel right? it’s The World Cup, International traveller’s, some not well versed in English."

"The staff, was only seen once. After that I called and called and nothing. I didn't get the towel until the next day, I had to wait over 1.5 hours for him to show up. He didn't even know the duration of my stay. If you only need a bed to sleep, and you bring your own supplies, then this works. If you're expecting service, it's a joke. I will not stay here ever again."

"I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

"Great experience! The rooms are spacious with great views. Check in and check out we’re particularly smooth. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready early. Staff was super helpful. "The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the hospitality crew. Brenda was so friendly and helpful. She had the best smile and just very pleasant to be around. There was another young lady who is African American had pretty braids and was just as amazing. She worked the overnight shift. We will be back in August and plan to stay there again.
