"Absolutely nothing negative to say. The hotel is modern but it's still very inspiring and relaxing. The best place to relax after a hectic day in Mumbai. Staff is amazing. Kartik at the bar is great, amazing drinks."

"Every single time their breakfast area is crowded and they always keep moving you around so you cannot have the breakfast you want but only a sub menu with a poor service. Not sure why they cannot plan and execute what they promise to deliver. We don’t stay in these hotels to be ignored or receive a mediocre service."

"The Lalit Mumbai is a clean and modern style hotel. Great location near the Mumbai International airport. The hotel has nicely appointed rooms decorated with wood accents. I had booked an Executive King Club room. The access to the executive lounge on the 6th floor made my 6 day stay at the hotel quite comfortable. The lounge serves breakfast in the morning, high tea in the afternoon, and drinks and appetizers in the evening. The staff at the hotel was quite helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated the 2 guys that work the executive lounge. They provided quick service everyday."

"Chose the hotel as it was close to the Mumbai airport we had a very early am flight to catch The room was ok, lobby very nice, bright, clean what made this location exceptional was the staff, one of the most attentive I have encountered in a large national chain Had dinner in the lobby restaurant last night which was very nice, the servers brought us a slice of cake inscribed with “ come back soon”. So nice. "

"Toilets in club lounge were not clean and cleanliness across hotel need to improve. Most staff were friendly but attention to detail was lacking. "
