"The hotel was very convenient and located inside Intramuras wall. Always felt safe walking in the area. Near historical sites and museums and a lovely rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was very good"

"This place is the most horrible place to stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was widely open upon returning from dinner. The room is noisy and the staff wasnt helpful at all. I asked for a refund as we are concerned for our safety and security but they've refused. Imagine you are all women staying in supposed to be a safe place, only finding out that your room was entered into without your knowledge and permission and leaving the door wide open with our personal belongings...
