"Didn't even know a pool existed, and my AC didn't work In my room, it was hot as heck in our room made it a miserable stay and had problems with our TV had to have someone come up and switch out the remote and then the same thing happened got tired of having to ask the front desk to come assist, also my pillows didn't even have pillow cases on them."

The only issue we had was hearing the hallway....in the middle of the night, someone was entering the room next to us, and I sounded like they were coming into our room. I will add that we never heard people once they were in the rooms, just the hallway. "

"From check in to departure, one of the best hotels for the cost. Very secure as all vehicles are inside the hotel perimeter. Rooms were good, floor was a little dirty-all else was fantastic. Very Pet friendly, knowledgeable well trained staff who across the board took an avid interest in ensuring guests were taken care of. Really impressive stay.
