"I lost power throughout the night. They dim the lights in the building so you cant see the conditions of trim and paint. It dont desrerve 5 star. The bar on the 27th floor was closed and nobody knew i ran into multiple people in elevator trying to get there. They just disabled the floor with no knowledge to the people. Horrible not worth the price! The onlt thing good about them was they were willing to refund my room. But i booked through expedia and they wouldnt help with that. So expedia gets...

"Mostly great, but room 220W was thumping from music downstairs all day. Literally from noon to eleven pm. It was crazy making as I’m a light sleeper. Otherwise I’d give the place a 5 star. Honestly, this would keep me from staying here again. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful in guiding us to restaurants near the hotel and the different amenities offered by the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every day and liked the different items that were served including eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, and fruit."

"Their website needs to be updated. The art gallery is closed. The rooftop restaurant and access is closed. No hot breakfast or restaurant at all- “grab and go” which is all fine- however let the website reflect this. Otherwise I would have chosen a different place. However I loved the hotel and location. Also our ac didn’t work and we asked about it being looked at twice. Very cute charming place just wish things were open."

"A few glitches happened with our room assignment and the parking garage across the street. A front desk staff person apologized and did all the right things to mitigate the problems."
