"No A/C— ventilation worked only half the time. When we checked in the manager told us that were going to get an upgrade., but in reality, she downgraded us to the old building. The shower was tiny. The only good thing I can say is one of the staff members which was a male who is very helpful and gave us good recommendations on restaurants. I think his name started with an F. He had kind of balding head. He was nice."

"This hotel is pretty conveniently located and rooms are pretty clean. But the breakfast buffet starts at 7:30 am and there are no staff present after 8 pm. Other than that everything is okay."

"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers....

"The hotel is situated directly opposite the train station, making travel very easy. The staff were wonderful and very informative. Great facilities including a luggage storage service and a common area with complimentary ice and hot water. Rooms are clean, peaceful, and equipped with a fan. The bedding is high quality and very comfortable. Don't miss the breakfast on the rooftop; the view is stunning and the meal was excellent!"

"The room is in general fine. Random people knocked my door after 10 PM on each night of my stay; I was so freaked out and check their Google reviews at night. It seems that the money stealing housekeeper terrifies me as well and keeps me worried about my property while I’m in the mountains. Luckily I don’t leave any cash in the room and my laptop is safe, but will not go to this hotel again considering how many worrying I need to take."

"Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! Will definitely come back again. Special...

"The hotel is very well located in the middle of Interlaken West. It is within walking distance of the train station and local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It has a bus stop right outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a triple/family room which was spacious."

"We had a room with a balcony. It was so spacious and the views out the windows were fantastic. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the train station. Staff was great!"
