"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

We didn’t have any pets but it definitely seemed pet friendly hotel. We saw a lovely cat always sleeping in the chair by the reception desk. Loved our short stay and will definitely come back in future."

"Apartment was excellent and is quite big and very new and very clean. It had everthing you need expect for a washing machine and would definitely stay here again. The position is perfect as it is right on the train station and you do not hear the trains. Easy access to get to the attractions and supermarket acros the road as it is so expensive to eat in Switzerland when converting from Australian dollars. 9.5 out of 10 rating from us."

"シングルの部屋で予約していましたが、ダブルにアップグレードしていただきました。部屋は綺麗でデザインも素敵でした。朝食がとても豪華で印象に残っています。エスプレッソマシーンや冷蔵庫もあり充実していました。 チェックインの際に注意事項などの紙が配られ、守らなければ罰金もあります。ほとんどが当たり前のことですが、部屋でテイクアウトを食べてはいけないなど、特別気をつけることもあるのでそこはよく読んだ方がいいでしょう。 ただ、ホテルに併設されているレストランに行ったところ、高齢の女性のスタッフに差別的なことを言われ入れてもらえないということがあり不快な気持ちになりました。 総合的に、駅からも近く、値段以上の宿泊をできたのでとても良かったです。レストランに関してはオスト周辺よりウェストの方が確実に多いです。"

"Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! Will definitely come back again. Special...
