"Visited with family, including 2 teenagers who love football. It's a short transfer from the airport - around €10 in a standard taxi. There's a fab supermarket across the road and the biggest hypermarket I've ever seen is over at Colombo Mall. We used Alto dos Moinhos tube to get around the city - although Google Maps always suggested one that was farther away. "We loved this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the service was attentive. The area is noisy but that is well advertised, it is on pink street. The sound proofing is good. I would definitely stay again"

"The only place in Lisbon where the service was top notch and we didn’t feel that we were scammed. The staff is very friendly and our host (Pedro) was very welcoming and went beyond to serve us. I appreciate customer centric practice of the hotel such as free drinks (wine, tea or coffee) served at the bar, walk through and recommendations of places - restaurant, city culture etc. Only quirk was that you have to make your own breakfast and the hotel would provide you with fresh breads, fruits, etc...

"The suites are spacious and very comfortable. The location is great. If you like McDonald’s, there’s one down the street. And around the corner to the right, walk five minutes and you’ll be at a grocery store, where you can make your very own fresh orange juice. "We stayed here only one night because of close proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The accommodation is very large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the shopping center is right down the street. It's pretty far from the touristy areas but otherwise excellent in every other way. Would be great for business or family travel, if you don't want to be in the thick of it all."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
