"We enjoyed our stay. Very easy walk to the great restaurants that are at the boat dock area- go there not to the tourist crowded restaurants in town- but don't miss Santini's ice cream The hotel was nice but our room was in need of a refresh. It felt old and as bit worn. Overall worth it"

"Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful . Any issues dealt with speedily and professionally. The Italian brunch was excellent and good value , high quality food . "Beautiful property over looking the sea on top of a huge rock formation and a cliff along the side- The property is in a beautiful village town. The room with the balcony was amazing The only thing I would suggest is that the room might need a little bit changes - remove the rug, put tile floors or wood floors and maybe add an area rug. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
