"Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed and bedding was comfortable. We did not use any of the other hotel amenities. Hotel is very pretty and in/out access to our room was great. Room view is very nice. We had a car and used street parking, which was very easy and convenient. The A/C was really loud and the air coming out of it was blowing so hard it was blowing my hair around while sitting on the bed (from the vent across the room). That was a major complaint of ours. "Great service from the front desk to the pool bartenders. There is some wear and tear in the rooms from time, but it’s not impactful to the quality of the room. What I loved was it always felt cool- almost cold- when you walked into the room. Great location to restaurants and bars. Pool was fantastic- looks smaller, but truly plenty of room!"

"Cute little boutique hotel close to UT. The room and staff were all very nice. Unfortunately, around the property was a little sketchy. I saw at least one homeless man hanging outside the hotel. As a single woman traveling with my little dog, it did seem to be in a rough area and I was scared to take my dog outside to potty at night. "

"me & my partner did a one night staycation. Location is great , right around the corner from 6th street. Multiple dining options available in and around the hotel itself. Valet was good as well. "

"My daughter and I stayed a couple of nights here when we were in town for a concert. The hotel is very nice and clean as was our room. The hotel staff is helpful and courteous. The pool area is fantastic with a beautiful view. The only negative was the parking and construction. Due to space, you need to valet park. "Great location but I didn’t realize that you were charged for parking. I believe it was $60 for a full 24 hours. I’m not sure if that’s how every hotel in downtown is or just this property. I assumed parking was complimentary with reserving a room. "
