"We traveled to Fresno for an event and chose to stay here because the hotel provided EV chargers. Unfortunately, 2 of them were not working and 1 of them said it was in use on the app, but no one was using it. We brought it up to management and he was kind enough to help take a look and report the issue. Check in was smooth and easy. The receptionist was professional and offered friendly service. Our room was clean, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of selections and we had a wonderful stay here. Overall, we would stay here again. "

"The breakfast was good with lots of options. The coffee was better than most diners and excellent for a hotel. The staff was great. The negatives are the small square pillows. Only hotel that we have stayed at with this type of pillow. When the hotel is busy they run out of parking."

"Pool was closed by the city because it was dirty. This place is a dump."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the staff was so kind. This is a 2 star hotel so keep that in mind that this isn’t top tier for everything. You could tell our room was a little worn in around the carpet or a few spots on the ceiling but it was still still extremely clean and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast had toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and bacon/potatoes/cheese omelettes for warm food. Would definitely recommend and my husband and I will definitely be booking with them again! "

"Place was beautiful! Bar wasn't equipped to handle the concert crowd, but that's OK. We'll definitely stay here when attending concerts at Save Mart Center, so close!"

"Room was clean but dated. Roaches in bathroom. Desk staff was less than friendly. Key to room barely worked after several dozen tries. Reserved a king bed. Was given a queen. Property not kept up"
