"The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back."

"The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered. Super hot strong shower was a plus. Overall, the experience was really great and the host was accommodating. Will rent again. "

"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"
