"This is a great location for MRT Downtown line which gave great access from Changi and to the shopping, eating and tourist areas. The room was small and very clean and the staff were very helpful and responded to our requests promptly. Would not recommend the breakfast - too many other options close by."

"Staff are excellent, good humoured and helpful. The decor of the rooms is a little tired. Air-conditioning is unacceptably loud - measured at 50 decibels (or the equivalent of someone having a conversation in the room) even at the lowest setting. Sound-proofing of the windows is also only partly effective: traffic noise measured around 48 decibels, even at midnight. I would have also liked greater restaurant choice: there are only two - one high-end Cantonese and the other the standard breakfast area, which is loud and over-lit. But the service offered by the staff cannot be faulted."

"excellent staff and very supportive. I had a red eye flight and upon my request they gave me early checking at 10am which no hotel does. they chef specialy made veg food for me and over all i had an excellent experience. thanx to Geeta and Duty Manager Ben"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The condition of the rooms is excellent, they are very clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel according to my preferences is perfect, it is connected to a shopping mall where there is a large selection of restaurants, great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, whatever you choose. There is an excellent restaurant in the lobby of the hotel itself. The hotel is not in a noisy area, and it offers a beautiful view of Marina Bay. There are several very interesting places within walking distance - the Gardens by the Bay, several museums, Matina Bay Sands and Promenade, Clarks Key, and Orchard Street is not far away either. Just perfect!!"
