"We were 4 people but we found only two sets os towels and one bed with sheets and pillows, blankets. We inform about the situation and an AI message assured that we will have those asasp however nobody cared even when we informed a real person. The place is clean and nice if we didn’t have to freeze during the night and shared two sets of towels in 4 people we will be giving all 5 "

"This place was awesome. Incredibly clean room, very helpful hosts, great beds. I'm not sure why anyone would stay anywhere else. Only minor thing is the neighbourhood isn't amazing. You can still walk downtown in 30 minutes though. "

"Brilliant small hotel in a very quiet and secure location. Our introduction was through the charming receptionist Amelia. Not only is she professional and efficient but she is also friendly and delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The kind of person who makes a short stay memorable. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the breakfast fresh and plentiful. We were also able to use the dining room to order in some food rather than going out to a restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the help. Highly recommended."
