"This is a very small hotel. No need for anything else since it is only a couple blocks away from the Roman Coliseum. There are no services in the hotel. you will get your room and that is it. They only have staff at certain hours duirng the day, so if you are checking in late send them an email. They will respond immediately and their service is great. Happy to book with them again if I go back to Rome "

"Antonio, our host, was wonderful- easy to communicate with and very kind. He helped us in trying to sort out a tour with the Collosseum and was very considerate in letting us leave our luggage at the B&B for a couple ours past the check out time when our tour went late our last morning. "This apartment is only a block and half from the Coliseum. A great neighborhood for dining and walking to nearby sites. The apartment was roomy, but not for people with mobility issues. First floor had a bedroom and down a spiral staircase was the bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette. If you can handle the spiral staircase it is a real find close to the coliseum. Believe other rooms were on one floor. "
