The staff are freindly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are extremely comfortable, we only ate breakfast at the hotel during our stay and there was a good selection for all tastes, we never ate dinner in the hotel, but enjoyed a drink in the cosy bar, we also had a look at the menu and were impressed with the choices, maybe we should have took the opertunity whilst we were there but with such a wide choice of...

"We stayed here for 3 nights. It was an excellent choice, and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean and tasteful. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The kitchenette had everything you needed. The normal sized undercounter fridge was a bonus. The location couldn’t be better, close to the shops, attractions cafes, restaurants and metro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Ventana Hotel Prague is just off the Old Town square which puts it in the center of the action while maintaining a peaceful environment. There are many hotels in walking distance, and easy access to most of the sights and attractions around the city. We had many restaurants, bars, and shopping within easy walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were well appointed, the ceilings were very high, and we had all the standard amenities we wanted. "Das Personal an der Rezeption und besonders im Restaurant war sehr nett und aufmerksam! Besonderes Lob und Dankeschön wollen wir den Küchenchef ausrichten! Wir haben gefragt ob die Marmelade, die am Frühstücksbuffet gelatinefrei ist. Erstmal wurde gesagt ja, aber jemand kam dann aus der Küche und sagte nein, diese wäre mit tierischen Gelatine und der Küchenchef hat uns eine Tasse frischer Beeren mit Zucker von den Becker gebracht ! Das war sooooo toll und nett! Und am nächsten Morgen ohne zu...
