"Our stay at this resort was a giant let down!!! We were so disappointed with how this was advertised verse what it actually offered! Our room was average at best, stains all over the carpet. The room had a rattling through our air conditioning vent the ENTIRE TIME and staff wouldn't do anything, it was all we could hear at night when we tried to sleep. The building that we actually stayed in looked run down and 1 of the 2 elevators shouldn't have been operating, it was grinding so badly I thought it was going to fall apart and it actually looked as if it was falling apart on the inside between all the dents and gaps in the floor. Now for the resort & all the amenities it offers (or lack there of). Mini golf closes at 6, at least it was open but it seems a little odd to close at 6 when check in isn't even until 4 and it takes a solid hour to get through check in & find your room. All 4 pool bars and bar and grille were closed & had not been opened at all that day (we confirmed this). Bowling isn't real bowing, Paddle boats and the dock were also locked up & had not been opened that day. The speakeasy, also never opened that day or night. The big water park/pool is an extra fee even though you're paying to stay there. Many things closed that your website says you offer is absurd. Pictures of resort aren't actually part of this resort is one thing we found. Trying to get help from staff met with hostility/rudeness and even worse when we asked for money back to stay elsewhere."
