"My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness.

"This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this."

"This hotel has turned me away fron Hiltons. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service. The font desk was very rude at check in, wait staff was extremely rude to my customer and when I tried to get a nrw key for my room the gal at the front desk told me she already clocked out so I have to wait till the next person clocks in. Over 10 minutes later someone came to the front desk. Overall terrible experience during me back to Marriott."
