"Breakfast was excellent, room was good but being by the airport there was lots of airplane noise."

Husband complained air conditioning kept needing to be reset for power & would only worked 5mins or so, room hot, dirty, hair on fresh towels, missing ceiling tiles, pealing wall paper, only slept at most 1hour during stay. Left to sleep in my car. Went to ask for my money back and no customer service agent available. Other customers also waiting with no service."
