"This place was phenomenal for our situation. They excelled in every way from room accommodations, to staff helpfulness, and southern charm. I would choose this place again!!!"

"It was a nice enough place to stay, however, we booked based on the fact they advertised having a indoor swimming pool available. The entire time we were there, it was closed for maintenance. Also, I was charged an $80 fee on my credit card, which after inquiring about it, was determined to be a "hold". It would have been nice to have been told that when it was charged. I was told they needed a credit card on file for incidentals. Nothing about it being charged upon check in."

"My fridge had mold, the shower wouldn’t drain. They offered to change my room and the new room had blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t see those until I was ready to go to bed. At that point it was almost midnight and I had an early morning. I requested a new comforter and let front desk know about the blood but their response was subpar. I hoped at least that when I came back the next day they would have cleaned the room and replace the bed sheets after I explained the situation about the blood. No, they simply took the same sheets and placed them on my bed. I asked the sheets to be changed that night. The front desk offered to call housekeeping. I waited in my room for 15-20 minutes no one came. I went downstairs again and front desk said “oh they didn’t answer so I guess they’re not here. We can’t change your sheets “ The manager refused to refund me for my trip. Then when I speak with Expedia, the hotel manager says “oh well she should’ve checked out if she had an issue” In the middle of the night? With an early morning flight? I was supposed to check out and either find another hotel or sleep in my car? I tried to overlook so much and when a real issue arose, they did nothing to address it. The breakfast was sad, the batter for the waffles machine tastes like it may be expired, the coffee watery, and the printing service they offer doesn’t work. The only pleasant part of my stay was leaving."

"There was no sign for the hotel, no sign on the street or on the building. Needs to be renovated, bathroom floor was not "attached", no grout. The bed and room were fine. Carpets are stained. I didn't see the "continental breakfast". I just left. I think there were also homeless sleeping behind the building. The staff was friendly and nice."
