Hotel berdekatan Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway

"The hotel is ok. But The food and drinks is over priced, packed and some of the pool are not clean. And i need to call housekeeper to clean our room when we 1st arrived coz so dusty especially the floor."

"Clean room, staff most likely will greet acknowledge your presence, several outdoor pools plus a waterpark, dining buffet is a must. Been there twice and will return. Laundry service also available. Pit falls were the shower would leak over the tub, dishes /beer bottles left at pool side from the day before."

"Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own...

"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...

"Easy airport shuttle. Modern and clean hotel. Lots of restaurant options walking distance. Free breakfast. Perfect for overnight or if you’re looking to save money."

However the condition of the rooms was disappointing with respect to the Interior and the furnishings with no hot Water for showers - quite a surprise from the pictures 😳 I think majority of people leave after a 1 night stay?"

"All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better.
