The staff/service were excellent. The room was a little less desirable than I expected. I was in the Ocean Wing which appears to be the older part of the hotel. JPark Island Resort & Waterpark
Pool was cloudy. The skimmer box for thr pool is above the waterline so it doesnt filter all day. Only refill the pool to the correct level every other day.
