Cari Pousadas di Cebu City

"Great staff"

"Good service. Rooms were pristine. Only reason why its not 5 stars is because theres rust in the bathroom bidet, otherwise, great stay."

"Great location and everything is perfect to stay definitely come back again.."

"Great 2 day stay at the hotel. Well located in Downtown Cebu City. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool has a beautiful view. The gym was basic, but provided a workout nonetheless. My only issue was that my shower's water never got warm or hot."

"I love that the hotel is right next to the SM mall, very convenient to shop for things we need, the breakfast buffet at Féria and at the 20th floor club lounge are super delicious. Most of all the hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and super friendly."

"Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Definitely will stay again"

"Overall location and service is terrible"

"Very nice indoor pool"

"Very nice place to stay Staff is wonderful and a delight."

"From the first time arriving at the hotel, i was impressed by every member of staff who were extremely helpful and friendly..from reception to the coffee shop security and cleaners. Everyone had a smile on their face and were extremely friendly. I have stayed in many hotel around the world and this one rates among the very best. It is a credit to the management and owners. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thankyou"

"It’s unbelievable beautiful property’"

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"A little expensive for the lack of amenities. You need to pay for towels"

"This hotel is fantastic. It is my seventh time staying here. They are almost finished renovations which didn't disrupt my stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly. I have stayed at approximately ten different hotels in Cebu City over the last year and none compare to the buffet breakfast at the Marco Polo! I will be going back again for sure."

"Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent."

"Perfect"
