"The corner room had a good ocean view and bridges. Centrally located.
Lots of restaurants and bars with live bad nearby. Price is right approx. $35.00
The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation.
Long wait for elevators, one is always broken.
Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak.
If you can pass the elevators smells.
It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. "

"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

"We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. "

"Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…"

"The location of the place is excellent, making it convenient for various activities. However, there is one drawback that needs to be addressed. The room is plagued by numerous small flying bugs, which seem to be originating from the nearby garbage room. Consequently, the bugs invade the room whenever the door is opened. Stay there for 7 days and if those days I want to change the Sheets and clean the place I have to pay additional tha paying daily it’s insane "
