Cresthill Suites Syracuse

"I think Sharonda is manager on duty at the time and she was lovely. We had to check in early but the staff were amazing. Breakfast was pretty cool and pool was open. Besides the water damage we noticed on the ceiling, rooms had kitchenette and seating area surprisingly spacious. The whole property was well kept and we would stay again. Again, staff was amazing."

"My family and I were on a roadtrip and this establishment was the best one we stayed at on entire trip! Better than the other chain hotels. Customers service and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was commendable. Great food choices too at their breakfast buffet. Different variety from the norm."

"The staff are superb they earn all the stars. . The hotel is under construction which was not listed when we booked. There is no onsite food but a deli just behind so no big deal. The breakfast left a lot to be desired so we skipped that. The room was very nice. Only issue was the door to the bathroom opened the wrong way and blocked the door to the room which was comical and neither were easy to close. Slamming the door was required. No garbage can and a non working fridge. But any amenities we needed the front desk were more than happy to provide."
