"Very helpful staff before and during our stay. Close to the Duomo and easily accessible to food and shops. Nice rooftop bar- definitely make a reservation. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel is in a very convenient location. Property is charming and very well kept. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The only complaint that was quickly resolved had to do with heating. According to the staff the city had not allowed to turn on heat to certain rooms in the hotel. A space heater was promptly provided and the issue was resolved. We were in room 445 and on certain nights the noise from the street was very loud late into the night. Due to the historic aspect of the property, the windows are not soundproofed. Otherwise, everything else was great!"

"The social Hub, great hotel 10/10. The hotel staff were very nice, very helpful. We were leaving early for our excursion and other trip. They packed us breakfeast to go. Very caring. Highly recommend this property. Best is they laundry service , which is so great. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Saverios ."

"Great hotel, well appointed and quiet rooms (despite being on a busy square), attentive staff and casual vibe.slightly out of the main action, but an easy 15 minute stroll to all the centre. Tram outside the front door makes it super accessible. "

"We were able to check-in early. It is walkable from Santa Maria Novella train station and so are the points of interest. When we arrived, the electric metal blinds was not working. Letitia gave us a sheet to temporarily give us privacy. When we came back from our tour the next day, it was already fixed. Great place to stay. Worth the money we paid for. Santa Maria Novella Basilica is close by. Worth visiting. Well recommended. "

"The first room we got, the bed was in the second floor. It was not convenient for anybody. Very dangerous to try to go down the stairs to the restroom. "
