"This was my second stay at this property. The other was in August 2024. Good Internet connection, comfortable bed, ease of transportation with a tram stop across the street. I would recommend this property go others. "

"They have pictures of nice and clean beautiful rooms in the website but this is not true. The room smelled and it had little bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has mold and it was very warm. The towels had stains. I would not recommend this unless your on a very low budget. "

"Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. A lot of renovation of the surrounding area makes for a very pleasant stay with loads of waterside restaurants, the lovely Halles de Bacalan and, of course the Cite du Vin. Can recommend taking the No. 4 bus from directly across the road to the Château de Pape Clemente...

"After difficulty finding and getting to the barge. (I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is right opposite the lake, which is nice for walks, and there is a beach area. We had a hire car (parking was 8 euros a night) but if we hadn't, the tram line was close by. We had a studio room with a small kitchen area, which meant we could self-cater if we wanted - the fridge was really handy. The pool area was a nice addition but very small - only 4 sun loungers, and the pool wasn't very big. There was a lovely restaurant (La Ferme) a couple of minutes walk down the road which we discovered on our last evening. Would definitely stay here again. "
