I appreciated that he reached out the day before to let us know that we could leave our luggage onsite before our check-in time so we did not need to drag it around the city while we were site seeing. They also offered to hold our luggage onsite on the check-out dated if needed. They use an app on the phone to open the front door to the building, entrance to the reception area up the first set of stairs, and the individual room. The room was clean and spacious for our family...

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. "Jeg var meget glad for værelset, småt men fungerede ok. Eneste problem var, at det var blevet køligere vejr, end da jeg var der sidst. Jeg fik udleveret tæpper, som desværre ikke var helt så rart, som lidt højere temperatur i rummet. Håndklæderne i badeværelset tørrede ikke fra dag til dag pga. den manglende opvarmning."

About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Check in instructions could’ve been sent before the stay to make it easier, and although room was spotless, few things were missing like towels when we arrived.
