"Das Zimmer war nicht gut sauber gemacht, Staub in vielen Ecken. Habe auf Expedia mit Frühstück gebucht und das Hotel bietet gar kein Frühstück an. Die Hotelangestellten haben sich auch nicht kooperativ gezeigt das der Fehler behoben wird und uns eine Alternative angeboten. Allgemein war der Service im Hotel nicht gut. "

"I would say the location is 5* The comfort of the bed and shower was also 5* Communication 5* Areas that we were little disappointed with was that although room had air conditioning which we were told we cannot turn it on as it was a centralised system. Therefore we were told to leave our windows open. This led to noise from streets and mosquitos ( only 1 or 2) which severely disturbed our sleep on both nights. Have a few mosquito bites which is uncomfortable for the rest of our travels....

"Everything was very clean, and the room was lovely with a perfect canal view. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the bus stop, which saved me from a lot of walking. Both the service and breakfast were wonderful. You walk to the next building for breakfast, but it only takes a minute. It is definitely worth staying here."
