"Stayed for 3 nights. Newly renovated, love the design / travel journaling / a bit of retro theme of this hotel. Service was warm with personalized touches. Staff will open / close doors, greet every time we walked through lobby. Check in was not at the counter as staff would do the check in while we sat comfortably at the lobby with their welcome drinks. No old fashioned hotel info booklet. "Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin.
