"To start with, the staff were first rate. Always polite, kind, professional, and accommodating. Room was clean & fresh smelling. Only a couple stains on furniture were present. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and continuously stocked during the morning time offered. The only minor drawback was the heating-cooling unit in the room seemed responsive to personal control only part of the time; overall however, the air temperature in the room was comfortable."

"The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there. "

"The location is beautiful with ski slopes and the golf course. Our room needed updating. The bed was comfortable. The heating/ cooling thermostat was hard to use and the blower was right next to the bed and very loud when it went on. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was tight."

"This hotel was the scariest hotel I have ever entered. We did not stay. The stench of urine started the uncleanliness of the hotel. Dogs, a lot of dogs. Dirty, everywhere. People yelling. "

"The check in and check out was super easy. We didn't get to stay for breakfast, but the beds were comfy and the place felt clean. "
