"Chateau Cavanac has the most beautiful pool i have ever experienced. The food was very good but you had to have 3 courses for dinner which you can do for a couple of days but after that we would have gone out to eat dinner. The local wines that came with the meal, i thought were Good The rooms are amazing, full of old world charm (and surprises in the old tower anyway) The whole place is very peaceful and relaxed. "We arrived very early and they gladly let us check in. Property is at the base of the castle and a very short walk. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. The landscaping/gardens are beautiful. This is a great property and you won’t be disappointed "
