"This is a phenomenal hotel and everything about it is five star. The staff go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need and nothing is too much for them. We ate at the Michelin starred restaurant and had the tasting menu which was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable the next day and had a great experience. Highly recommend."

"This hotel is inside the grounds of the medieval castle. It is absolutely breathtaking and will blow you away. You have to park about 5-10 mins away and walk into the castle grounds to the hotel. Inside the walls is like being transported back to the middle-ages. There are lots of little boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is also worth checking out. It was great!"

This quiet little corner of Carcassone was so close to the walled city, yet was beautiful to stay at, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was a fantastic spot to cool off in the afternoon. Plus, the decor of the rooms was fantastic (our was hot pink and orange). Could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Montmorency!"
