"Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

"There was nothing unique about the property. The property could definitely use an upgrade. New furniture in the rooms. Outside first floor rooms needs some help. Looks like a "no tell motel". Needs to look more inviting all around. Chairs were sagging. Carpeting in the rooms smelled musty and dirty. Fruit didn't look very fresh at the breakfast. Not enough variety in the breakfast options. The saving grace is that they are right across from the lake."

"After dropping something off the nightstand pulled it out to find a bunch of garbage behind it and along the side of the bed between the bed and wall. Tried to cancel the second night of our stay because of a family situation that arose on our way there, and was still charged full price. Not only full price but they charged me for 3 full nights plus the one we stayed. Tried talking with them and they were as rude as could be. Still trying to resolve situation"

"Actually was quiet. Close location to restaurants and bars. Very simple room. No refrigerator. Lobby was very smelly."

"Older hodpodge of buildings. Loud obnoxious country western music at the Marg Bar connected to the hotel. Very slow internet that was unusable and did not allow any TV viewing. Huge spacious room with good cold a/c. No real check in desk and no one to call or help with issues. My advise- stay away from this property."
