Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod
Our ceiling was soaked - it looked like condensation built up on the ceiling and it was slowly dripping all over the room in various areas. We contacted staff and they said they would look into it. Had there not been that issue, we would not have had a complaint but this was just disappointing.

Room was not easy to get to and it was 0 degrees out …1st they put me out in a building where the property was a sheet of ice so I asked to be moved to the main building since I was by myself.
