The first night the pool wasn't clean and open. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner both nights. We had to change rooms because the television didn't work but the staff was helpful and friendly

Nothing posted in the hotel entrance was under construction not orientation who to call first night i have to estsy in another place because not concierge.also the room next to me was under construction and my personal belongings was so dusty.

This property really needs a lot of maintenance. I had to change rooms for moldy bathrooms, but we had a hard time finding a mold free bathroom. The outside front of the property is decent.

Me encanto lo nitido del hotel y el olor a Vainilla de la habitación. Los desayunos espectaculares, la piscina deliciosa y limpia, la amabilidad del Personal en General. Recomiendo al 100% este Hotel todo me encanto. A veces llegan clientes sin educación y hacen escandalo, no respetan a los demas, se les debe llamar la atención.

Para una noche en Catacamas

El hotel es bueno, uno de los mejores de Catacamas, sino el mejor. Sin embargo hay algunos aspectos a mejorar como la conexión de wifi en la habitación, que es nula. Para poder captar señal se debe salir al lobby. Todo el personal muy pero muy atento y servicial. Otro Punto a mejorar es la falta de servicio de bar para tomar algún café o jugos. Las camas cómodas. Es un buen hotel para hacer noche para visitar las cuevas de Talgua.

Sucio y abandonado

El lugar se miraba sucio, habían un montón de perros de la calle en la entrada, la piscina estaba verde de la falta de mantenimiento y el cuarto tenía un olor a humedad y los muebles estaban sucio y muy dañados. Al final me fui y no me quede a dormir en el hotel.
