Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "

What I saw of the town itself was quite dirty my daughter did not feel safe walking to a restaurant a little distance from our hotel. HOWEVER, the hotel was excellent. "It was excellent value for money. Have paid more for less in various hotels. The staff were very helpful. Had tea making facilities in the room 👍 great shower, window opened and there was also AirCon 👍 a bonus in the high temperatures of July. Will definitely use the hotel chain again 😁"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was great. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many options for food / beverages. The location was very close to the train station, and about a 15 minute walk from city centre. Would definitely stay here again. "
