"DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! "

"AC was not working properly in the room, elevator and lobby."

"I recently visited the Executive Lounge at the Hilton Hotel in Pampanga and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. First, the level of hospitality and attentiveness from the staff did not meet the standards one would expect from a premium executive lounge. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, but unfortunately that was not my experience. Second, the food selection was heavily focused on low-cost items, and the overall quality was poor. For an executive lounge that is intended to serve business-class and premium guests, the food offerings should be of a much higher standard. Additionally, the lounge provides extremely small plates, similar in size to bread-and-butter plates or saucer plates. As a result, guests must make multiple trips back and forth to obtain a reasonable meal. This creates inconvenience and gives the impression that the lounge is intentionally limiting food consumption rather than focusing on guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, the experience fell significantly below the expectations associated with the Hilton brand and an executive lounge environment. I hope management will review these concerns and take the necessary steps to improve both service quality and the guest experience"

"The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can change room then after few hours they ask us to transfer…Goshh.. The experience that I got looks like I’m not going back to this hotel again. Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL"
