La chambre était très propre et le personnel très accueillant. Mon seul commentaire négatif est que les serviettes étaient tachés, les porte de douche lousse et non étanche faisant une accumulation dans la salle de bain.

Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.
