"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

"Great place and well located with many conveniences at an arms length however building is being renovated and apartment not completely finished so we encountered some problems with electrical in bedroom and problem was not resolved while we were there. It was difficult to get in because lock on door was not working but that got sorted out. When renos are completed it should be great. "

"Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and was very happy with the unit & the hospitality of our host! A day before our arrival, I messaged asking if there would be any laundry detergent and when we picked up our key we found out that they had gone out of their way to pick us up some. The unit itself was clean, nice, and near the water/many restaurants/shops and attractions in Como. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Credo che la prima necessità di chi cerca un alloggio, sia un letto comodo !!! Nella struttura era presente solo uno scomodo divano letto, che certo non può essere considerato il letto principale. Casomai è un accessorio ! "

"Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? "
