The staff was all super sweet, helpful and accommodating to early check in and late check outs. 100% recommend for anyone in visiting Porto especially for those who like having privacy since the rooms are apartment layouts. Also loved the 24 hour garden, great for anyone who likes staying up late and just hanging out in a calm environment."

"Clean and spacious room overlooking the square. Despite me being very frazzled on arrival after a long wait at immigration ( new rules) the staff were marvellous, kind and accommodating. Thank you ."

"The bathroom was poorly laid out, you had to take care getting out of the shower as glass door opened straight onto the sink. Clean throughout hotel. Buffet breakfast had a great selection. Aircon was not functioning properly"
